A GLIMPSE INTO MY DRAWING CLASSES

Hello there and happy fall, I hope you are doing well.  As school has started back up this year, I have been working hard on taking a more academic approach to teaching the basics of drawing.  This summer I was so inspired by the beautiful flowers and houses to paint their lovely colors.  It is interesting how we change with the seasons isn't it? I have been hard at work on pet and people portrait commissions and teaching both still life and portrait drawing.  The way to master realism is to always master the basics.  Here are some drawing exercises completed over the past few months.
